Add $4 flat shipping and handling fee for each order. Orders will be shipped on the same day (weekdays). Allow 2-3 business days for delivery within US.

  • FAX Order: Print and fill out the Order Form, and FAX it to us at 818-247-0089 along with credit card information (type, number, 3-digit confirmation code, exact name on the card, expiration in month/year, correct billing address, and shipping address).
  • Secure E-Mail Order: Email us your order and credit card information (type, number, exact name on card, expiration in month/year, correct billing address, and shipping address) to order@dreampharm.com.
  • Telephone Order: Call us at 818-291-0000 or toll free 888-983-7326 (in USA), and provide your order and credit card information (type, number, 3-digit confirmation code, exact name on card, expiration in month/year, correct billing address, shipping address).
  • Mail Order: Print and fill out the Order Form, and mail it to us along with payment in cashier's check or money order drawm in US dollar (or personal check from US banks) to DreamPharm, P.O. Box 9470, Glendale, CA 91226-9470, USA. For overseas orders, include shipping cost for Overseas orders (requiring shipping to countries outside of US).
